AIDS/HIV Services Group

The Valley AIDS Network, in collaboration with community partners, strives to compassionately meet the needs of individuals diagnosed with HIV/AIDS with a goal of moving them toward better health and self sufficiency; to raise awareness and prevent the spread of the virus through education and to serve as an advocate for those affected by the AIDS epidemic.

is a non-profit HIV/AIDS service organization serving the City of Winchester and Counties of Frederick, Clarke, Warren, Shenandoah, and a portion of Page County Virginia. ARE is dedicated to serving those infected and affected by the HIV/AIDS epidemic and preventing the spread of this disease through education. ARE is funded by federal, state, and private grants as well as local contributions. ARE is registered with the National AIDS Hotline and The Virginia Department of Health.
